| In 2000, Craig Couch joined the Don Cox Company
as a Tenant Representative. Craig exclusively represents tenants
and buyers in the leasing and purchasing of office and industrial/warehouse
properties. Since 2000, he has closed over 100 transactions
for his clients.
Most recently, Craig represented a wide array of law firms,
software companies and Austin associations. In 2002, 2003,
and 2004 the Austin Business Journal ranked Craig in the top
fifteen "Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitters."
He is an active member in both the Real Estate Council of
Austin and Greater Austin Area Chapter of the Texas State
Alumni Association.
Couch is a graduate of Texas State University where he earned
a B.B.A in Marketing. When Craig is not taking care of his
clients, he enjoys tennis, hunting and relaxing at the lake.
