Jen joined Don Cox Company in 2004 after six years in the high tech industry preceded by eight years in residential property management, sales and planned community development.

Jen is the Office Manager, Property Manager and Wearer of Many Hats. If you ask her what her job is, she'll tell you it's "whatever needs to be done." She enjoys the fast-paced, every-day-is-different aspect of this business, but prefers property management and office management to brokerage.

Prior to commercial real estate, Jen was a Senior Tech, and then a Technical Product Manager for a digital imaging firm in San Marcos, Texas.

Jen is also employed by the Burning Man Festival. She voluntarily spends three weeks each August in the blazing sun of the Black Rock Desert, NV as the Operations Manager of Ice Sales for the event. She commands the largest volunteer crew at Burning Man, consisting of approximately 1,000 volunteers.

Jen is a Texas native and loves exploring the small towns and state parks in our area.

When not working, Jen and her husband Damon enjoy adventures in cooking, traveling in their RVs and volunteering their time to art related events.
