Eric joined the Don Cox Company in 2008 as a Tenant Representative. He assists tenants and buyers in locating and negotiating office, industrial, and retail commercial real estate.

Eric began his commercial real estate career in 2005 as an associate with The Scheffe Group/KW Commercial. Eric has worked on all aspects of commercial real estate from representing buyers and sellers to landlords and tenants in office, retail, industrial, land, and investment properties. Eric was also involved in the development of office condominiums as a limited partner and investor. The development process included land analysis and acquisition, construction, and ultimately sales of the finished condominium units.

Eric is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He received this prestigious designation in 2008. Eric is also a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) which he acquired in 2009.

Prior to commercial real estate, Eric worked as a desktop hardware engineer for five years at Dell.

Eric graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Eric has lived in Austin for 15 years and is married to his wife of 7 years. They are the proud new parents of a baby boy born in 2010. They love to travel and have visited many cities in America, Asia, Europe, and Australia.
