Chris has over 20 years experience exclusively representing tenants and buyers of commercial real estate in the Austin area. With a background in construction, environmental consultation and property management, Chris has the experience and expertise to anticipate and maneuver opportunities for his clients to achieve the best possible deal and to avoid potential pitfalls.

Chris has represented a variety of clients - from professional (law, engineering, accounting, medical, associations), to technical (contract manufacturing, software development), to public sector (State of Texas County offices), to name a few.

Chris is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Financial Executives International (FEI), and board member and president-elect of Technology Advisors Group (TAG).

He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has become more of a Longhorn fan now than when he was a college student. He and his wife, Margaret, are raising four children and have enjoyed their role as "foster-adopt" parents. They have called Wimberley home for over five years and enjoy the peace and beauty of "country living".
